Fucking stupid cop. Because some dipshit on a bike breaks a speed limit by a few KMH, he endangers 100's if not 1000's of innocent civilians by driving 2x to 3x the speed limit to catch him. That's fucking idiotic.
Plus, the dipshit on the bike either didn't know how to ride or his bike is a real piece of shit because he should have put several miles between him and that cop in the time of that chase.
Both should have their licenses taken away and be locked up.
