They're not 'bullets' they are shells as that's a shotgun and a shotgun takes shells. The odds of a shell going off from falling from a table would have to be astronomical.

Staged/Fakery First the shot in the shotshell is pointing the opposite direction of the wall that was supposedly shot. Second, in my experience the lead shot is heavy and tends to hit the ground first, not the end with the primer where it could be set off.
