In the USA, people would be screaming "Get that piece of shit out of the road, you asshole!!" and blacks would be going through his pockets looking for cash.
And, of course, every dickhead with a smart phone would be taking pics and video of the guy and his bike laying in the roadway.

@Mr. Ree - Misconception about the USA as a whole. But generally people stop to help not to hinder. Our biggest problem is gawkers who slow down (which they should), but spend most of their time with their necks stretched out looking for dismemberment and/or death.

Probably mr. ree was driving the blue car and didn't stop because the battery on his phone was dead and he was hoarse from yelling at women, just because. So he couldn't scream to ¨get that piece of shit out of the road¨, and his views of blacks is very well known, even though he has zero evidence to back up his claim....except his hate. Keep up the stupidity, mr. numb nuts ree. See, I even know your first and middle name.
