As a contributing member to the IHPS (Insect Holocaust Prevention Society) I sternly protest this practice.

Were you aware that there are upwards of 75 million ant orphans in today's world? Who will raise these youth? Needlessly slaughtering of whole colonies for the sake of 'art' is disgraceful.
