Whayt about this reject that took the video instead of bieng on the phone getting help...was he waiting for the kid to fall so he could film it and sell it? What an ass!!!

I wouldn't be surprised if the parents weren't even home and it was a baby sitter 'watching' the kid.
Also, have they never heard of screens?

I feel physically sick, why wasn't he/she shouting to try and alert someone. My heart is in my mouth. So sad because this kid might do it again and wont be so lucky next time :(
What country is this? Cant someone just report it now?

I love that you are all so quick to judge. Did it never occur to you that the reason he just happened to be filming that area was because he saw it happen before he started to film, couldn't believe it and alerted the authorities or told his friend to go and alert the building manager or similar while he started to film as evidence in case the matter went to court.
