Inside the Abandoned Silverdome

The Pontiac Silverdome is one of the largest stadiums in the NFL and former home of the Detroit Lions. The Lions last played there in 2001 and many concerts or other events were held in it until 2012. As it didn't generate enough money it was auctioned and purchased by a Canadian businessman in 2009 but as you will see in this video, it's in miserable condition now..

Yup, that's what happens when you have a society based upon the acquisition of wealth. Once the source of wealth has moved on, infrastructure collapses. Detroit is just an early example of what will inevitably happen to cities around the globe.
