that's lame, i hate those idiotic neighbors that are just aware of what you do, when you move, when you speak and eventually you feel like you can't even walk in your own house, so fuck them!!!, the neighbor in the video was not even loud or annoying, if you want silence go to live in the mountain dude.

Another 4 and a half minute waste of my time.
Lame guy, the neighbors were almost less annoying than this dude.
Pathetic problem handling: why not just go there and telling them? Or get used to living amongst other people...
