Ok, ex-traffic officer here. The guy who recorded this was to blame. He clearly could have slowed down, and avoiding the accident. He deliberately did not do that. You can't just run over people who crossing the road, you can't just bump into cars who whatever reasons get in front of you. There was quite long time to response to the white car's action. I might say, two idiots, one car upside down... Question is, is it better now? Did they get to their destination any sooner?
