General Motors built two or possibly three transparent automobiles to display at the New York World’s Fair of 1939-1940. The Pontiac Deluxe seven-window touring sedan (B-body) from that project is going up for sale. In between, it’s been on tour all over the country, displayed at the Smithsonian, and owned by a private citizen. |Neatorama]

Train vs Brand New GM Cars! (20 pics)

So many broken cars … my heart is bleeding :(
This accident happened in Oshawa (Ontario) last month in a rail yard where they ship out GM vehicles.
One of the guys who attaches and detaches the car haulers accidentally unhooked a set of train cars while the brakes were not set. As the yard is inclined, the set of car trains rolled down the hill and smashed a fence and then new GM cars that were in the parking lot…
What a mess and what a waste…
Someone’s gonna get fired!!
