Lebanon shares a border with Syria and as Syrian Civil War broke out in 2010, Lebanon’s tourism numbers have dropped by almost a half. But a 29-year-old photographer from Jezzine, Rami Rizk, is trying to show how beautiful his country still is, and that it is still worth visiting.

The Old City of Aleppo is the historic city center of Aleppo, Syria. Many districts of the ancient city remained essentially unchanged since its construction during the 12th to the 16th century. It became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1986. Here are the photos that show what happened to it after the Civil War began there in the early spring of 2011 and how it looked before.

Nightlife In The Syrian Capital Damascus Ravaged By War (15 pics)

The Syrian Civil War began in the early spring of 2011 and has been tearing the country apart since. Close to 1 million people fled the country in search of a better life as refugees in Europe. Overall almost 11 million Syrians, or almost half the population, have been displaced. But in early 2016, the situation in Damascus, Syria's capital, has improved and a lot of young people decided to stay put. Bars and pubs started to reopen and people are glad to go there to just socialize and lead a somewhat "normal life." So, let's take a look at what the nightlife is like in Damascus.

War Torn Vehicles (21 pics)

These are military vehicles that were abandoned and left in the Golan Heights following the war between Syria and Israel. All of these vehicles have certainly seen better days. What a waste of money it is to spend it on the vehicles of war.
