I’m sure they’re not all like that but this one does not make you feel like travelling by train in Ukraine, at least not in winter..

Those photos were taken in a train somewhere in Northern India. They show homeless Indian kids begging for money.
Maybe those pics will make you think of Slumdog Millionaire if you’ve seen the movie.
Anyway, it’s quite sad..

The New Year is a holiday where sometimes people cover big distances to meet with family, friends to celebrate it together.
Wherever you live, you can buy a ticket on a train, plane, ship and to get to your destination.
Anywhere, but not in China.
In this country, to get on the train (the most accessible means of transport) in January will be very problematic, even if you have a ticket.
After seeing the photos you will understand what that means.

“Preformed by a German known as "the trainrider". Before he died from leukemia, he enjoyed the last year of his life by surfing on trains. Included Germany's fastest High-speed train ICE with a top speed of 330 km/h!”

Each year, the residents of Laguna Niguel expose their buttocks during the “Mooning of the Trains” event along a railroad track in Orange County, south of Los Angeles.
According to a local legend, this tradition began in 1979 when customer K.T. Smith said he would buy a drink for anyone who would run outside and show his/her butt to the next train.
So for 30 years now, people over there have been mooning trains on the second Saturday of each July.
Quite a funny tradition I must say!

You will notice many teenagers among the people who are doing it. But I think it is mostly for the thrill and fun. Anyway, it’s very dangerous and it is fun until someone’s hurt…
