This pretty eerie person has its own Instagram and is actually an interactive public service announcement launched by the government of New Zealand to promote water safety. Lots of deaths happen due to drowning and almost all of them could have been prevented if safety on water was a thing. That’s why “The Swim Reaper” reminds the fate of those who don’t care about their safety on water.
