The photos in this post are of some people in yoga positions that are absolutely amazing. It is difficult to understand how a person could feel good after being in these positions for any amount of time. For an exercise that is supposed to make you feel better, it sure looks like it hurts.
This is a new form of a therapy called “Laughter Yoga”. It combines different physical exercises like jumping and dancing to help people to improve their mobility and communication. Besides this, the unusual laughter therapy includes laughing and chanting helping to boost self-confidence. Such exercises were recently conducted for an orphanage center and Metro Manila city jail in Philippines. Indian police commandos also had a chance to exercise “Laughter Yoga”.
