I imagined there were a lot more dollar packs than this. But it seems to be simpler than I thought.

That’s not what $1 billion looks like. That’s what $10 million one hundred dollar bills looks like. I want to see 1 billion, not 10 million. It looks like not much because it’s missing $990,000 bills. The art may have a billion dollars worth but only represents the size of $10 million. You need 1,200 of those stacks, not the 12 shown.
