There used to be a show on TLC called real estate pros and that house was one of the houses they flipped.I don't know what episode it was or the title but I remembered it because they showed that same shot of the front and when they bought the house it had a rat infestation problem .

If you have that kind of opperation trust me your not hooked up to the power grid. This opperation had to be powered by a diesel generator. Just think what this guy could have done if he put his mind and actions to work for him in a legal fashion. Gotta give him credit it was a first class opperation.
