Apparently, Park Avenue in New York has three dumpsters that have been converted to swimming pools. And people certainly enjoy them. Although, there are no diving boards, nobody seems to mind.

With it being only about 12 x 6 and 4.5 feet deep, why in the world would you take flotation devices into this pool???
