Yes yes, its all their fault. These people are too ignorant and lazy to be self deterministic, right? Is that what you're implying?
They are a sovereign people with a wealth of resources squandered by their own corruption. Human nature doesn't need America's help to fail.

usa creates much aid...usa creates much opportunity should you make it here...stop with the creating problems to the world BS. One should open their eyes to see the american people, guatamalan, mexican, russian, etc.. people aren't the problems in this world, rather their goverments and policys

well i live in Guatemala, first the spanish conquerors slaved all these natives, then the new generation keep sleeving them, until like 100 years ago
but then USA came, they controlled the governments and still do it in some countries, they killed a lot of people controlling the national armies all over latinamerica, but some countries have succeed like cuba, venezuela and many others
youtube "tierra arrasada" and there you will find some story about Guatemala (in spanish) or "the war on democracy" (in english) for a summarize of history of latin america
when you go to the towns in the interior of the country you see this people, they dont have education, they dont speak spanish, they are afraid of other people different to them, sometimes they even kill wite/mestizo people because they tink they will be attacked again, its really sad
