The Power and Violence of the Atomic Bomb in Pictures (22 pics)

Posted in PICTURES       27 Sep 2010       15477       11 GALLERY VIEW

These pictures are taken from "How to Photograph an Atomic Bomb" book by Peter Kuran.

As you already know it, if you didn’t skip history classes, hundreds of nuclear bombs were detonated in the United States between 1945 and 1962.

Due to the violence and dangerousness of those bombs, it was no easy task to take photographs of the explosions and yet there were photographs crazy enough to capture them.

Exellent pictures. This make me realize this: Global Warming produced by cars, nuclear energy, airplames and all that shit lie?! HAHAHAHHAHAAAAA!!!! THIS produce global warming, all those test made by all the countries who have atomic bombs. And this is because we dont know when and where they test ant have tested those Abombs, In the middle of the ocean where no journalist can go to report that, if some one go they are limitated by those armies because they live with the army in an army ship or werever, yf some lucky journalist that can go cross the line writing something that they must shut, they could be killed and the report of disease will say acciden. So global warming produced by civilians my balls.

I wonder how those blokes went after they sat back to watch the detonation? A lot of soldiers were told to just turn around for a few seconds of the initial blast. They didn't usually end up feeling too good after that.
