Did you know that board beans and soybeans include oligosaccharides, a type of sugar molecule that is also found in cabbage?
Since a normal human digestive tract doesn't contain anti - oligosaccarides when you consume large portions of beans or cabbage the digestion produces a flatulence type gassy byproduct which of course causes us to pass gas.
