Mr. Singer, that is actually a legit form of photography. It's the movement of the stars in the sky. To capture this movement in a single picture is called a "star trails" photo. There are two ways to do it — one is by taking a single "long exposure" photo, and the other is to take a series of photos and then sandwich them together into one photo.
