What a gorgeous picture. This house is cradled by mountains in Alberta, Canada. The owners inside are happy, warm, and definitely in the Christmas spirit. It would be fantastic to live in a home that could be the front of a postcard or Christmas greeting card.
Kids Will be Kids
This baby elephant is having a blast in Hanover, Germany. It is his first snow and you can see by his trunk that he has been sniffing, snuffling, and probably throwing snowballs at his mom and the visitors to the zoo.
These guys seem to be oblivious to the snow standing all around them.
To Hot to Handle
This is the sulfur mine in Indonesia at night under the moonlight. The molten sulfur flows inside the crater lit from the dripping torches of the miners.

Switzerland has decided that speeding signs are not working and have hired actors to portray angels and stand along the highways to try and slow speeders down as they zoom by. If you get 7 years of bad luck from breaking a mirror, I wonder how many years you get for running over an angel.
Jeremy Dean took a hummer which gets 8 mpg and turned it into a grass guzzler instead. It isn’t so speedy, but it is eco friendly.

This balloon is named the “Condomfiere”. It promotes safe sex and its creators hope that it will soon be the Goodyear Blimp for Safe Sex.
