With the remake of the movie Tron there have been a lot of light inspired products including a Tron Lightcycle. The lightcycle is a real motorcycle that looks just like the one in the movie.
The guys at Parker Brothers Choppers have managed to not only replicate the cgi created Tron Lightcycle, but they have made it a real rideable bike. The custom created bike can reach speeds up to 120 miles per hour. It is 8 feet long, 23 inches wide and 215 kilograms. It looks exactly like the space age Tron bike. It is is chain driving and offers a TL1000R engine.
The Tron Lightcycle is just a prototype, but with over 800,000 views on Youtube it is becoming a serious project. They have 4 more that they are creating and Disney has contacted them about using the Tron LIghtcycle in promotional events for the motion picture.
If you want a Tron Lightcycle get in line and be prepared to shell out $55,000 to Parker Brothers Choppers.
