Confucius is never wrong, and as you can see in these snaps his sayings can be put to good use. You might not memorize them, but you will remeber them for a long time.

These are the best photos from 2010 Juggalo festival.

Meet 8 year old Deepak Kumar from India. He was born with some body parts of his parasitic twin attached to his chest. The locals think that he is the devil in a human body and call him octopus boy. His parents and volunteers saved the money for him and the extra body parts have been surgically removed.

The photos are not very pleasant to see though.

When things get cold and dangerous we go inside for some fun. Join us today and enjoy these snaps of oddities around the world.

This list includes top 10 highest-earning actresses and top 10 best paid actors of Hollywood, according to Forbes. It clearly shows the pay gap between women and men, and you can compare their earnings from June 1, 2009 to June 1, 2010.

What a beautiful photo of a fantasy gaming land called Planet Calypso. That isn’t so odd or weird. Everyone games or at least knows about amazing geographic cyber space gaming lands, but the price tag of a real estate sale in this fantasy world is.

These are some of the best don’t drink and drive advertisements that I have ever seen. They are anything but subtle but they certainly get the message across. They are creative and clever and to the point.

Welcome to the new Google office in Moscow, Russia. All I can say is brother you can’t hide money. The offices are elaborate and the recreational areas stunning. All in all, it looks like a great place to work.

All these business cards are very creative, unusual and user-friendly. It is a real pleasure to hold such a piece of paper with contact information in your hands, as each of these business cards clearly describes the type of activity of its owner making it fun, humorous and helpful.

It happened this way. This coal train’s support dropped down when a wheel bearing got overheated, and the train crew immediately stopped the train in compliance with the instruction. But it stopped on top of a wooden bridge. Inside this post, you can see what happened next. This is oldie of the day, but we didn’t have a post about this train before.

These are Watts Towers constructed from different materials, including steel pipes, wire mesh, pieces of porcelain, glass and objects such as bottles, bed frames and sea shells. These unusual towers were built by Sam Rodia 50 years ago. Their heights are 30, 29.5 and 16.76 m.

Sam’s structures were built without predetermined design and meaning. But they made the sense of life of Italian immigrant who spent 33 years working on them with hand tools and without special equipment. Sam was divorced. He couldn’t see his children. He worked in city’s mines and was starving. But Watts Towers have really become the most important project in this strange man’s life.

These are some hilarious Christmas photos from 1992. They are quite awkward and the people in them must have been rather embarrassed when they first saw them. Perhaps somebody in their family spiked the eggnog.

Meet some absolutely beautiful foxes. The parents and their babies live together as a family. Foxes are monogamous and are very close knit. They are playing together and eating together. They make a great family.

These are some miniature apocalyptic photos that were photographed by Lori Nix. They depict scenes of impending doom and gloom. They are in color and make a very interesting project. They are also very well done.

These are World of Warcraft cakes. They are all very elaborately done and most look too good to eat. They are decorated with different characters and scenes of the very popular online computer game.

These are some HDR photos that are absolutely beautiful. The combination of the computer and the camera makes these photos stunningly gorgeous. The colors are so bright you would swear that you are there.

Over the last 2 days, we received from our regular visitors a great number of requests not to put watermarks on the photos in Daily picdump. The people complained that watermarks interfere with normal viewing of images and that these images can’t be saved to the computer. Normally, we don’t change our decisions, but in this situation we have decided to make an exception and make a step towards our visitors. There will be no more watermarks on the photographs. There is another reason why we refuse from the watermarks on photos. Most visitors didn’t understand our motives, what it was done for, and very negatively perceived what was happening. Well, we won’t persuade anyone, let everything remain as it was before.

But remember, if you're passive and are lazy to comment on posts, or vote for them, the watermarks on photographs will help to fix this lol ))

P.S. The second good news for today - Izismile goes mobile.

These guys really feel awkward standing so close to girls. Why? Are they too shy or scared by the beauty they see? I don’t know, but this collection of hover hands is funny.

This post is a fun collection of riddles of the day for you. Guess what you see on these pictures. A tip: these are amazing optical illusions, and what your imagination draws to you is not what these photographs really show.
