Well I dont know if they're clowns, but they certainly have enough money to pay for all that ink. I agree facial tattoos look strange but in 50 years they'll be just as normal as your Broheims arm band.

you dont know shit...new zealand's Maori people cover their bodies with tribal tatoos.Are they clowns too??they even tatoo their faces for centuries...i think i now now who the clown is...

Honestly, some of those are tribe tattoes with philosophies behind it. to call hundreds of years of tradition and lumping it with these 'clowns' and then calling them clowns...tsk

Number 1 and 23 is the same guy. He had an incurable brain disease and was about to die when he decided to tattoo his body. But then miraculously he recovered and the tattoos are now as a reminder of his near death experience..

He has been in Lady Gaga videos and brings in some nice money as a model.
