That car actually had russian plates on it.
BTW, I have seen a guy walking outside, in winter, in minus 15 degrees Celsius, wearing nothing more than walking boots, a pair of shorts, a hat and a pair of mittens :-) As far as I know, this was his regular outdoors outfit.
