This could be the dumbest murderer yet. When a polcieman was checking through mugshots he came across this guy. He has an entire murder scene about a man who was killed, 23-year-old John Juarez, in a LA liquor store tattooed on his body.
Who needs crimestoppers when the criminals are this stupid.
