Paying your bills can cost you time and pennies.
When this Utah man took his pennies to the hospital to pay on his disputed bill he was charged with disorderly conduct. After dumping his pennies out and they rolled all over the floor the workers were dismayed.
The man was charged with disorderly conduct and a fine of $140.00 which is more than his disupted hospital bill. I guess he will be saving up more pennies to pay his fines.
