Each patty is covered with cheese with a little lard on top, and the entire bun is dipped in lard as well. The Flatliner Fries are cut fresh and instantly dumped into the frier filled with, get this, 100% pork lard, and they're all you can eat!
Apart from the food, Dr. Jon tests your heart out and the Nurses do regular checkups on you throughout your eating venture. It's all in good fun. Plus, if you can finish a triple or a quadruple, a nurse will wheel you out to your car in a wheel chair.
