A Chinese man, Zhu Lei, fresh from the army, planned to propose to his beautiful girlfriend in an extreme way.
He dressed in his finest outfit, bought a bouquet of flowers and even rented a crane to raise him to her window.
He also wanted to capture the romantic moment on tape, so that he could upload the video to YouTube later.
Unfortunately, there will be no future video, considering what happened. As Lei reached his girlfriend’s window he was immediately hit with a bucket of cold water.
Instead of joyous screams and raucous applause he was lowered back to the ground in shame. Fortunately for him, this video will never make it to YouTube.
