These are the ruins of an abandoned hotel in Greece. It is located at a place that resembles a paradise overlooking the ocean but has been vacant for several years and will unlikely have any visitors in the near future.

...and then understand the difference between an ocean and a sea, which it seems you don't. dejan is correct, although i'm not really sure what his point was. greece probably has one of the highest levels of coast land per square mile of all countries in the world.

So why it is abandoned? what stops ppl from living there again? U can read about refugees trying ot make it on to Greese islands or main land.. why not there?

Yes it is the town of Oia pronounced IA, It is very expensive to stay there. You will find every other building and apartment around are full all season long and charge way too much. beautiful place

What a bullshit... It's Santorini Island and it is definitely Oia town. Just one appartment which is not renovated and sold yet.
