I really don't understand why one should refer to the German translation. Maybe it is to make the post more acceptable in the US - it is "them", not "us" (/US), publishing such gross books. The "Banned Books: 2007 Resource Guide" spends 3/4 of a full page to list the challenges this book has been subject to.
But how should I know what origin this book has? All I see are some photographied pictures without Author, puplisher, etc

Queers used to be imprisoned and killed simply for being queer. Their lifestyles were considered deviant by everyone but them. Then they got organized.
Pretty soon, pedophiles will get organized, create activism organizations, get politically involved, and over time, their deviant sexual tendencies will be slowly accepted as 'normal'.

Homosexuality is wrong. Saying that it has been observed in 1500+ species is a stupid statement. Probably that many species also eat their own shit. Does that mean it's OK for humans to do so just because animals and insects do?

homophobes never have a good answer for these questions. they can't apply reason because they are dominated by their own childish reactions and by programming they've long-ago received from sources like religion and family. and the less their ability to reason, the more emotional and absolute their belief in RIGHT and WRONG.
personally i'm not so much worked up by this particular issue as i am disturbed by the number of child-like mentalities masquerading as the righteous in the world. because the world can't really move forward when such people are in dominance.
