Some of the likenesses are taken from real people in the old movie from the early 30's, 'Freaks' by Tom Browning. The two pinhead girls were Zip and Zap (Elvira and Jenny Lee Snow), the midget was Harry Earles, and the 'half man', I believe, was Johnny Ecke. If you like creepy movies, you'll love this one.
