Last weekend the East Coast of the United States was hit with a powerful hurricane Irene.

These are great examples of innovative and creative outdoor advertising campaigns that arrange an unusual performance for their audience. Boring billboards are no longer interesting to the public.

Akshat Saxena, who is a one year old boy from Uttar Pradesh in northern India, has broken the Guinness world record by being born with seven fingers on each hand and ten toes on each foot for a total of 34 fingers and toes. The extra digits have since been surgically removed and two of the fingers have been used to make thumbs that he was born without.
