Last weekend the East Coast of the United States was hit with a powerful hurricane Irene.

Akshat Saxena, who is a one year old boy from Uttar Pradesh in northern India, has broken the Guinness world record by being born with seven fingers on each hand and ten toes on each foot for a total of 34 fingers and toes.
