My cat let only mouse's entrails behind. And squirrel's tail. And bird's feathers. Hedgehog was too tough.

no cat eats mouse... its disney and cartoon thing, or a wild cat but a house cat will just play with it until its dead or injured and walk away leaving him suffering! cats don't eat mice!

don't be ridiculous. if a cat is hungry enough, it will most certainly eat a mouse. why do you think they have such a strong skill set to catch them?

anyway, predators that are well fed will often make friends with their prey in captivity. wouldn't be surprised if that's the case here.
