I was in a place like this once. Bathroom got so filled with trash/cat waste that the resident couldn't get to the toilet any longer and turned to adult diapers. There were more than 5,000 used adult diapers in there. Almost chest high. I couldn't stand it and ended up vomiting. Horror.
