I think there is for not to sleep or parking there, but in the last picture I see a prefect size between the spikes where you can sleep (in a 45º), also you can put some Wood elements to make a bed.
Oh man! I can survive living in the Street!!!!

looks like you'd have a very unpleasant sleep. those 45º angles between the spikes are filled with nasty bumps and pits.
