its a risky to do heavy workout as a child before your bones have grown full length. it's not fun to be muscular 165 centimeters when your skinny and fat friends are 180 centmeters.

Yes, in this generation it is risky for this kid to be doing what he's doing to his body. Especially if he's American!! It was also risky for children in indian tribes long ago to be in this shape so young because they had to in order to survive, and they actually grew up men.
Boys in these times should be required to fill thier heads with garbage, play video games, wear girls jeans and complain about how shitty that person just made thier latte!

guys, as long as he is not lifting any weight it is fine. If it is his own weight, it wont hurt him physically.
