Maybe instead of saying 'this bugs me, and solely based on that, not only should everybody else not be allowed to see it, but they should find this person who took the picture and charge them'
...you could simply ignore it and continue with your life? Its a picture on the internet, so it already happened, and guess what that and worse happens all the time.
And nobody likes snitches.
If anyone out there knows who did this, please let me know, as they will be gone after and charged.
