No, it´s not the Servian Flag, it is the flag of his political party that i think it´s called Frente amplio, (wide front). An old communist party.
But this is the President of Uruguay

something Fishy... Nobody said that he donates 11/12 of his $12,500 salary; "MOST" doesn't necessarily mean 11/12, it may mean 9/10.

I know as a fact that he is incredible honest, and he´s making a lot of radical and positives changes, I´m an argentinian and I would love to be proud to have a president like this one. Honor and honesty....really hard to find in politicians nowadays.

He is the President of Uruguay, José Mujica. And it is not the poorest of all the presidents. Just decided to live with the income she earned before being elected and donate his salary. A true example. Not like the bitch that we have as president in Argentina.
