I must admit to learning a few things about Google search with this. I knew about the shrotcut keys.

So asking google questions actually does work in many cases. It especially helps in finding message board posts where other people have asked the same question.

yep- asking definitely helps. basically, anything you type which can put you in touch with people who've been there before you is gold. google is a lot more powerful that way than search engines used to be not so long ago.
