Weird Blue Sponges Cling to Cars in Korea (6 pics)

In South Korea, drivers have started using these sticky blue sponges...

... as a way of protecting their cars from dents and scratches that occur in tight parking spaces. This could be a good solution to the problem.

Those are not sponges and a lot of car manufacturers put those on from the factory so the cars do not get damage during shipment or delivery. I guess some people are feeling that it is best to just leave them there. They will eventually fall off.
