Chef Keizo Shimamoto treated crowds at Smorgasburg to his new “Ramen burger”. This cool creation uses flattened spheres of ramen noodles in place of burger rolls and combines this with a typical beef burger patty. Yum!

most things go great with ramen noodles, so i doubt there's any problem with taste. you'd just want to watch all those extra kcals, though.
