Dunn was extremely drunk when he wrecked his race car Porsche while driving 130MPH and is responsible for killing his passenger Zachary Hartwell. Barnaby's Bar in West Chester Pennsylvania was negligent in serving Dunn drink after drink --- he was obviously hammered but they let him drive away killing himself and a innocent man that never get mentioned.
