Lots of Photoshopping and just using different people there. You can re-sculpt faces to a degree but you're not going to change neck/shoulder lines and radical head outlines. I call BS.

If this is true then Korean plastic surgeons must be gods. You never see the horrible plastic surgery fails like you see from the rest of the world.

This does seem hard to believe as I have never seen such drastic alterations in the west. Methinks it's more a case of the skill of the photoshopper than the surgeon. Just have a look at that awful Joan Rivers or Melanie Griffiths to see the capabilities of the best we have to offer.
