meh. what people say on their deathbeds should be taken with a grain of salt. they tend to oversimplify and forget that situations usually require more compromise than they realised.

life is suffering, mistakes and uncertainty... usually there's no way around that.

I don't know gigantes, these things have been said so many times they have almost become cliché. Maybe if we started listening our lives might become more than 9 to 5 Monday to Friday. Granted they do seem more involved at the time but its only a matter of perspective. How many times have you looked back and said "that wasn't so bad"? I think that's what a lot of this is actually about.

"9-5, M-F" is pretty much the opposite of my life, fats-T, but i take your point. confronting your fears and limitations is usually a good thing. OTOH i'm not big on would-coulda-shoulda and rules and stuff. better IMO is to follow your path with insight and braveness. in this way, all these issues will tend to take care of themselves.
