Rachel Frederickson, 24, won the 15th season of “The Biggest Loser”, going from 259.6 lbs (118 kg) to a tiny 103 lbs (47 kg) on the show. This dramatic weight loss makes her the record setting contestant to beat having lost 60 percent of her bodyweight on the show.
