When five month old baby, Sebastian de la Cruz stopped breathing in the car with his aunt Pamela, she hurriedly took him out of the vehicle to give him CPR and screamed for help.
News photographer, Al Diaz was sitting in the jammed traffic on the Dolphin Expressway in Florida when he heard Pamela Rauseo screaming and he ran through the packed cars to find a police officer to call for emergency assistance. The police then took over CPR until the baby could be transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital.
