#14 actually it's not lemon juice used but the peruvian version of key limes. also, chopped cilantro is often an ingredient.

side note: ceviche is probably the freshest and healthiest food on the list... and the taste is exquisite.

Ohhh yeah¡¡¡ Ceviche is very delicious, here in Mexico we take with a Corona beer, the mix is awesome, but there´s another dish similar to ceviche; the shrimp gaspacho, and basically you boil the shrimps, chop,and mix with mango, pineapple, cucumber, onion a little bit of cilanter, add orange and lemon, chili at taste salt and fresh cheese, finally mix all ingredients, and serve in a tostada with avocado on the top. Try it; is fucking delicious¡¡¡¡.
