And it doesn't really matter whether or not she/he is a women or a man... It's his/her fucking life and he/she is free to make his/her own choices (no matter how messed up they might seem to some), and as long as these choices don't cause harm to other people, I don't see why she/he should be discriminated on because of said choices...
